Sherry Ann Ragan Miller, 67, of Craigsville, Virginia passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at her home.
She was born June 3, 1958, in Hammond, Indiana, the daughter of the late Arvel Phillip Ragan and Bobbie Jean Elliot Ragan.
Sherry was formerly employed as a CNA who cared for many people during her life.
She was a member of Shenandoah Pentecostal Church who loved serving others, cooking for them, and being an example of compassion in their lives.
Sherry is survived by her children: Rick Allan Knowles and wife Stacy, Allison Nicole Knowles and fiancé Johnny Craven; grandchildren: Chyanne Elizabeth Scruggs Knowles, Lucas Anthony Scruggs Knowles, Mason Allan Creed Knowles, Katelyn Brook Knowles, Ethan Jase Knowles, Kirsten Lee Scruggs, Keely Boles, Tyreese Jackson, Tylesha Jackson and fiancé Justin Wilson, Samantha Jackson; expected great grandchild: Baby Knowles; 8 great grandchildren; brothers: Jerry Ragan, Tim Ragan, Eddie Ragan; sister: Brenda Edwards; Pastor and Sister Douglas, and her church family who were very dear to her.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Jewel Rickey Knowles, Andy Miller, Rick Allen Harper; a brother: Phillip Ragan; and a sister: Phylis Caskey.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at a later date to be decided.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Craigsville Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
