A Funeral Service officiated by Deacon Bryan Istre will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Shirley Marie Leonard, 78, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at Gueydan Memorial Guest Home.
A visitation will take place at St. Anne Catholic Church on Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be prayed at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. Anne Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Ronnie Segura of New Iberia; one daughter, Angela Segura of Meaux; 10 grandchildren, Michelle Frith, Matthew Guidry, Amber Gaspard, Brittney Bennett, Seth Guidry, Derek Segura, Rackal Touchet, Danielle Miller, Emily Mire and Karly Segura; and 13 great grandchildren, Alexander Frith, Emilia Frith, Thatcher Bennett, Lathen Touchet, Bryleigh Touchet, Lilya Segura, Greenlee Guidry, S.J. Guidry, Ruthie Guidry, Jake Guidry, Dawson Mire, Cooper Mire and Rylan Mire.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Leonard Sr. and the former Eve Charpentir; one daughter, Eva Christine Gaspard and two great grandchildren, Ava Guidry and Miley Touchet.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan (337) 643-7276.
