1936 – 2025
Princeton, MO: Shirley "Coleene" McReynolds, 88, of Princeton, MO passed away Friday, May 30, 2025 at her home.
She was born October 27, 1936 in Pollick, Missouri the daughter of Virgil Truman and Beulah Pauline (Houston) McDonald. Coleene was a 1954 graduate of Ravanna High School.
On April 10, 1955, she was united in marriage to Bobby McReynolds. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2013.
Coleene was homemaker and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for several years. She loved tending to her flower gardens and crocheting lovely items. She also enjoyed baking good things to eat.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dwaine McDonald.
Survivors include her daughters, Dianna England of Chillicothe, MO, Ruth Hash of Gladstone, MO and Judith Worstell of Princeton, MO; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 2 nieces, Donna McDonald and Jennifer Holt.
Coleene has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO. Inurnment will be at a later date in Ravanna Cemetery, Ravanna, MO. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 316, Princeton, MO 64673.
