She graduated from Sherburn High School in 1952.
Stella was employed at Berkley as a LabTech for 35 years.
On November 12, 1976, she was united in marriage to Charlie Beck Sr.
She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Estherville. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling and crocheting, especially for her great-grandchildren.
Left to cherish Stella's memory are her children, Pamella Whitters (Dr. Michael), Roberta Utley, Cindy Hannagan (Ed), Tammy Lair (Russel), 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, brother, Arnold Groshens, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, parents. Francis and Martha (Walters) Groshens, son, Daniel Foster (Libby), two brothers, Eldon and Duane, and son-in-law, Dave Utley.
