Stanley John Snider, 55, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at his home. He was born on May 18, 1970, a son of Mary Ellen Snider and the late Edward Snider.
Stanley worked as a coal miner and took great pride in his trade. In his free time, he enjoyed watching YouTube videos and television shows about construction and car repair. He also loved spending time with his loyal dog, Brodie, and cherished the moments shared with his family and friends.
In addition to his mother, Stanley is survived by his loving wife of two years, Misty Snider; brother, Elza Snider; sister, Tammy Boyce and her husband, Michael; parents-in-law, Jim and Connie Cost; nieces, Ella Boyce and Emily Cost; and grandchildren, Brianna and Haley Bosley.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Elza and Lena Snider, and his maternal grandparents, Stanley and Bertha Duda.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home.
