Susan Scott Obituary

Susan P. Scott, 65, of Bolivar, died Friday, July 4, 2025 in her home. She was born February 8, 1960 in Newport, RI. Susan was raised in Boston, MA., but resided in New Philadelphia, OH for 32 years. She spent 16 years working for Allied Machine and Engineering in Dover as a precision machinist. She enjoyed motorcycle rides, going to the gun range and spending time with her family. Susan is survived by her husband of 17 years, Bruce Scott of Bolivar, her daughter Krystal Erdos of Fairhope, AL, her son Dillon (Alivia) Cox of Bolivar, her step daughter Nicole Scott of New Cumberland and her seven grandchildren, Nicholas and Noah Erdos, Charlotte, Joseph, Luke, Bennett and Sullivan Cox. In honor of Susan's wishes, a celebration of her life is being planned at St. John's United Church of Christ in Bolivar. The Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling the arrangements.
