Sylvia Anieta Mull lived a life full of faith, love and unwavering dedication to family. She was born December 19, 1935. Anieta's life was beautifully entwined with her late husband Ferris Mull, to whom she was deeply devoted. Their life journey began in 1956 with a heartwarming ceremony in Texas, where they vowed to share their life together.
She found immense joy in family visits, especially with her grandchildren. She had a gracious spirit, relishing in moments spent working in her yard which was witnessed by many, where she reveled in the tranquility of nature.
In addition to her children, Harvey (Leslie) Mull and Michelle (Mike Vogel) Mull, she leaves behind her grandchildren Dylan ( Brandy) Overbey, Sean (Caren) Mull, Jenah Brown, Caisey (Brendin) Hale, Chaz (Emily) Vogel, Courtney (Dalton) Prewitt, and Mickey (Becki) Hall. Her great-grandchildren Ferris, Julien, Maddox, Michael, Will, Garrett, Tomson, Sawyer and Dexter. And her great great niece and namesake Sylvia (Mick and Kelsea) Hall.
She is survived by her brother, Jim (Jean) Myers and sister Novella (Pat Carter) Pruitt. They shared countless cherished memories that will forever endure.
And a 2nd Mom to many.
A treasured "partner in crime," her friends stood as a testament to the strength of long term friendships and the joy they brought to one another's lives. She was also a beloved and fun Aunt to her many nieces and nephews who fondly recall the love and laughter she shared.
Anieta was preceded in death by her loving husband Ferris Mull. Her parents Lloyd Myers Sr., Lillian and Minor Quakenbush. Her siblings Lloyd Myers, Jr., Colleen Barrick, Dinah Smallwood and Kay Myers.
She will be remembered for her heart of gold, the love she shared with all who knew her and her funny teasing wit.
Her family hopes her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration for those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Pastor David Guernsey will conduct funeral services on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Henryville, IN with a graveside service to follow at Bunker Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM the same day.

It was a privilege to meet Sylvia at the end. I was saddened to learn of her passing. I could quickly tell she was a beautiful lady inside and out and adored her loving family. My condolences to all.

Mrs. Mull, you will be missed very much. I live a mile from Mt. Moriah Cemetery. I have known your family for fifty eight years. I enjoyed watching you work in your yard. Ferris installed our septic system. I always enjoyed both of you working. I also know your children. You have a beautiful family. Now you are with Ferris. May you both live peacefully in the arms of God.
