Tammy Jean Roark was born on March 29, 1962 at Fredericktown the daughter of Jesse Cook and Pauline Dickerson and passed away on June 30, 2025 at St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 63 years.
Tammy was preceded in death by her fathers Jesse Cook and Troy Dickerson, mother Pauline Dickerson, and brother Gary Cook.
Tammy is survived by her husband Rennard Roark whom she was united in marriage to on August 6, 1977 at Grassy, Missouri, one son Rennard (Melinda) Roark of Marquand, Missouri, one daughter Renee (Jason) Gordon of Fredericktown, two brothers Jerry Cook of Fredericktown and Mark Smith, one sister Sheila Hunt of Fredericktown, and seven grandchildren Sylvester Gordon, Audrey Roark, Jayce Gordon, Justin Stevens, Allyson Roark, Weston Roark, Wyatt Roark.
Tammy was a member of Calvary Church and loved the Lord, her family, baking, and thrifting.
She was an exceptional woman that no words seems enough to describe her. Her compassion for others, her ability to love, nurture and put all above herself, has left an empty place in the hearts of all that knew her.
Losing someone like her brings a great deal of hurt for the ones left behind but we take solace knowing how the angels must have rejoiced when they seen her come home.
