Terrell Weston Hatfield (Ted) age 81 of Lenoir City passed away July 5, 2025 at his home. He was a member of the Christian Church of Loudon County. Ted received his Bachelors Degree from William Carey Baptist College and Masters Degree from the University of West Florida. He was a retired Captain of the U. S. Air Force with 21 years of service. After his Air Force service, he was a truck driver and owned his own school bus company. Ted loved fishing and Alabama football, but above all he loved his family. He was a great dad and an extremely devoted Papaw.
Preceded in death by his parents, Weston and Ruby Hatfield, brothers, Tommy and Jimmy Hatfield, and sister, Myrna Estep. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Gail Parvin Hatfield; sons: Ray, Jeff, Mike and Terry; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Woodyard; along with many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 12th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. A Celebration of his life will follow at 3 p.m. Interment will be held in Alabama. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
