Lorraine Lincoln Lieberman Obituary

Lorraine Lincoln Lieberman, 101, of Chester, passed away on Friday September 12, 2025, at Middlesex Hospital. She was born in Middletown, daughter of the late Clarence C. and Agnes (Adamson) Lincoln. 


Lorriane is survived by her sons, David L. Lieberman, III and his wife Marsha of FL, daughter Deborah Moore and her husband Roy of Killingworth, Peter Lieberman and his wife Amelie of Old Saybrook, grandchildren, Catherine Walton, David Lieberman, IV, Melissa Alsonso, Peter Lieberman Jr, Christopher Lieberman, Lexi Lieberman, William Koenig and Jonathan Moore, as well as eight great grandchildren. 


Lorraine taught 2nd grade at Lyme Center school for over 20 years.  She was a docent at the Florence Museum, volunteered at the Killingworth Library, Goodspeed Opera House, Literacy Volunteers, and the Red Cross.  She was active in the Republican Town Committees of both Chester and Killingworth.

The Liebermans were long time neighbors of my Aunt and Uncle Jeanne and Louis Brooks. I later met Deborah Moore at the Wadsworth Mansion when I brought my students to hike the grounds. May Lorraine Rest in Peace.
