He preceded in death by an infant brother Ronald E. Orr and brother Roy E. "Ed" Orr Jr.

Tim was a proud 1973 Spalding Institute graduate. He was a jack of all trades, with talent in woodworking and many other skills. He last worked for Wildlife Prairie Park, a place he loved. He was a generous, free spirit, and loved listening to his music. He enjoyed being able to serve others and one way he served was through AANA. He was also active with Knights of Columbus-Fr. John Menco Council, the Wildlife Prairie Park pow wows, Pipes and Drums, and was active in scouting as well.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wildlife Prairie Park.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
