It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timothy Smith, a cherished son, brother, nephew, uncle, godfather, cousin, friend, and proud dog dad. Tim touched the lives of so many with his unwavering kindness, his deep respect for others, and his remarkable ability to light up any room with his warmth and humor.
Tim will always be remembered for the joy he brought into our lives - his quick wit, bright smile, and the way he made everyone feel seen and appreciated. Whether he was talking about the latest political headlines, tracking a major weather event, cheering on the Yankees, or simply spending time with loved ones, his passions were always evident, and his presence was always a gift.
He is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Angela; his brothers and sisters, Kenneth, Jonathan, Stephanie, Josephine, Morgan; and his beloved nieces and nephews Tyler, Michael, Kenneth, Marie and Grace, all of whom will carry his memory forward with love and gratitude.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 20th from 2–4 PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd. Oradell, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 21st at 10 AM at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Oradell, NJ. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
Tim's light will never be dimmed in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered." For more information or to visit Tim's tribute page, please visit www.volkleber.com

Tim was a bright light and a man whose energy inspired others. I´d known him through County Committee over the years but working with him on our campaign these past few months has been both educational and so much fun. He had so many ideas, all shared with that mischievous twinkle in his eye. He was a keen observer and had a quick, synergistic mind. His friendship is one I will never forget nor the magic in the room when he arrived. My heart goes out to his entire family. His loss is enormous and I cannot imagine what you all must be feeling. May God grant you peace and comfort in the love you have for him. My prayers are with you all. I will carry his memory forever. He is deeply missed.

We are absolutely heartbroken and inconsolable to learn of Tim´s passing. He was a gentle soul, warm and friendly, with a pleasant smile. He was very intelligent and well spoken and always willing to help in any way he could. Coming from a fine family, he was a wonderful son, brother and uncle. We will miss him deeply.
