Toby Lynn Clark was born in Conway, Arkansas, on February 6, 1951. He entered eternal rest on February 1, 2025, in Dardanelle, Arkansas.
He was the child of Lois Jean Caldwell and James Elvis Brown, though he was adopted at the age of five by his step-father Joy Ray Clark (Ray).
He is preceded in death by his parents, older brother, Gary, and younger brother, David. He has one living sister, Karen Denton.
He is survived by his son Ryan (Cindy) Clark of Atlanta, GA and their two children, Emily Jane and Judah and daughter Erin Clark of Dardanelle, AR and her two children, Gracia and Andrew.
He is also survived by former partner and long-time friend Katie Elwood of Ventura, California.
