In addition to his love of family, his passions included basketball, water skiing and fishing.
After an active life, he developed a number of infirmities that made retirement a difficult time, but his final moments were peaceful.
He will be missed but will always live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, October 23rd at Roslyn Heights Funeral Home, 75 Mineola Avenue, Roslyn Heights NY 11577 (516) 621-4545

So sad to hear about Richard´s passing, and please accept my deepest condolences. RT was one of the first kids in our Laurel Hollow neighborhood that I met just before starting kindergarten at West Side School together, and that´s when the memories of many fun times began. Birthday parties, CYO baseball & basketball together, friends´ bar mitzvah celebrations, CSHHS, and so much more. He had a heart of gold and I´ll always remember him. Susan, Nancy, & Steve... my thoughts are with you and the rest of your family at this difficult time.
