Mrs. Hay leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Shevalier "Coach" Hay; children, Shenessa (Cortez Norton, Sr.) Thomas, JayShawn Robinson and JayQuan Robinson; grandchildren, Chassidy, Cortez, Jr., Cherish, Cornell, Miliano and Jaymere; father, George Burgess; siblings, Evelyn (Len) Robinson, Reginald Thomas Ralph Thomas and Ugenia Whittaker; mother-in-law, Arrine Hay; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Hay was preceded in death by her birth father, Eugene Burns; mother, Rachel Thomas; grandparents, Alma Thomas, Odell and Madie Burns; cousins, Roslyn Robinson and Marquise Robinson.
