Troy R. Beining, age 52, Stratford, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at his home in the Town of Cleveland, Marathon County.
Troy was born on November 23, 1972, in Marshfield, to Richard and Laurell (Rose) Beining. He was a 1991 graduate of Stratford High School. He married Lynnette Hoeg and they later divorced.
Troy was a member of the Iron Workers Union, Local 383 and most recently was employed with TB Stainless, traveling throughout the United States.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. His most recent trip was to take his son to Louisville, KT, for the National Archery Competition and he was so proud of Eddie's team who qualified for the international competition.
He is survived by his son, Eddie Beining of Stratford and Eddie's mother, Lynn Beining, Troy's mother, Laurell (Bob) Markee of Marshfield, and his father, Richard (Lisa) Beining, of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by brothers, Russ (Pam) Beining of Tomahawk, Joe Beining of Stratford, and Ryan Beining of Tuscon, AZ., a stepson, Kameron Kopf and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edmund and Lucille Beining, and a stepdaughter, Kayla Vanderwyst.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at St. Andrew's Cemetery in Rozellville, with Rev. Eric Johnson, Pastor of The Mill Church, Stratford, officiating.
