Twyla was preceded in death by her parents, husband: son, Steven Wade Ellis, and siblings, Mildred Kilpatric, David Leland Berkey, Thelma Sugden, and Margaret Berkey.
Twyla is survived by her son, Kevin Carl Ellis; five grandsons, one granddaughter and eight great grandchildren.
Twyla will be inurned at Pensacola Memorial Gardens at a later date.
