Ulric Johnson Obituary

Mr. Ulric "UA" Johnson, age 85, of Aynor passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Anderson Oaks Assisted Living in Conway. Mr. UA was the son of the late Robert Leon and Amanda Ruth Roberts Johnson. In addition to his parents, UA is predeceased by five sisters: Virgina Hardwick, Myrtle Johnson, Nancy Johnson, Vienna Barnhill, and Mildred Perritt; and four brothers: Wilbur Johnson, Bobby Johnson, Henry Johnson, and Edward Johnson. He was a member of Berea Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Army. Mr. UA was retired from the Auditor's Office where he served as Assistant Auditor. He was a wonderful uncle to his many nephews and nieces. Surviving Mr. UA is his five nieces: Sandra Causey, Cynthia Johnson, Joyce Rabon, Patsy Martin, and Pam Johnson; four nephews: Mike Johnson, Frank Barnhill, Russell Johnson, and Robert Johnson; and many great nephews, nieces, and extended family. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
