Vance Segrist Obituary
He served in the United States Navy and worked for the Post Office for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Theresa Segrist; sons, Michael, James & Jeremiah Segrist; grandchildren, Jessica, Alyssa, Narissa, Jeremiah, Jr., Jonathan, Maximillian, Josephine, Aiden & Alessandra; great grandchildren, Adrian & Freda; brother, Theodore Eugene Montee; brother, James Edward Segrist; sister, Silvia Ann Montee Pendergrass; sister, Julia Maxine Payne.
He was preceded in death by brothers & sisters, Joan Nadine Vance, Janice Corrine Carter, Frederick Segrist, Judith Lorine Crawford, Beatrice Peggy Thomas,
Bert Marion Montee, Betty Lucille Wilson, Linda Alline Edwards, Mary Louise Montee.
A rosary will be held at 6:00 PM, Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Bates Cooper Sloan Funeral Home. A service will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, June 2, 2025, at the St. Michael Catholic Church with interment to follow at Our Lady of the Pines Cemetery in Daingerfield, Texas.
