Vantheav Tan, 80, passed away on October 21, 2025 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
"Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure" – Renee Wood “Life Blessing”
Vantheav Tan, fondly known as “Tan” was a loving and devoted wife, proud mother, and adoring grandmother and great-grandmother, care-giver, seamstress, and gardener.
Tan’s strong will and survival instinct safely led her young family away from war-torn Cambodia in 1979. They stayed in Thailand and then arrived in Minnesota in 1982. Her immense strength and courage provided safety and opportunity for her husband, five daughters, and son in law.
Tan lived a very full and active life. She loved spending time with friends and family, music, dancing, traveling, learning, tending to her beautiful exotic garden, and cooking delicious meals. Tan’s kind heart and generous spirit will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Tan survived by her brother and sister, husband, two brothers in law, two sisters in law; five daughters, one son, one daughter in law, five sons in law, thirteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Tan’s gathering will be from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service. 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947.
