Veronica "Vero" Ann Placencia, 52, of Superior, Arizona passed away unexpectedly on June 03, 2025 In Phoenix, Arizona with family present. She was a graduate of Superior High School, and was raised Catholic.
Vero was known to be an extremely resilient and feisty woman, in plain and discrete terms "She didn't take anything from anyone". She is remembered by having this same fighting spirit and strong-willed attitude up until the end.
She was very independent and self-taught not only as Homemaker, but also as a Handy Women, fixing things around the house as she sought need fixing.
Those who knew her will always remember her love for being surrounded by her family and friends. Vero was thoughtful and giving and always put others before herself especially her children.
Vero will truly be missed. She was a Loving mother of seven with lots of energy and plenty of love to share.
She is survived by her mother Nancy Diaz, her children, Ysidro Placencia, Esparanza Enriquez, Corina Enriquez, Evangelina Enriquez, Alejandra Griego, Lorenza Placencia and Enrique Placencia, and brothers Lawrence Diaz and Jose Lira.
