Vickie Briggs Obituary

Vickie S. Briggs beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday October
7, 2025, at home with family at her bedside, at the age of 58 years old. She was born on
July 7 th, 1967, in Wooster, Ohio, the daughter of Bernard and Roberta Dull. Vickie was a
woman that served Jesus in all aspects of her life. She loved with her whole heart and
would light up the room when entering. She was involved in the ASR ministry, with
many countless memories with her husband, John and friends. Her most treasured
memory is having the joy of family night, every week with her children, friends, and
family.
Surviving family includes her husband John Briggs Sr. of 39 years. 7 sons; John
(Elizabeth), Chad (Sarah), Jeremiah (Jenae), Andrew, Michael, Ruben, and Simon;
grandchildren, Caleb, Alexander, Benjamin, Daniel, Charlotte and Odessa; sister
Tammy; father and mother-in-law, Virgil and Betty Jo; sister-in-law Donna and brother-
in-law Charles Jake; along with all of her many friends and family. Vickie was preceded
in death by her father and mother along with her sister, Cindy.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the
Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Wooster; Pastor Ben Robinson will be officiating with a
luncheon to follow immediately. Burial at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, those desire to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider
the family.
