Mrs. Vickie Ann Couvillier Johnson, age 67, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. The Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, LA from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm. Services will take place on Sunday the 13th of July at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Pollock Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Comile Couvillier and Theresa Lilly Couvillier; and brothers, Comile Couviller, Jr. and Billy Couvillier. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, David Johnson; children, Glenn Labit and Billi Labit Greaud (Robert); stepchildren, Chris Johnson and Jennifer Blouin and their families; sister, Veronica "Sput" Prince; grandchildren, Emily Chelette, Dyamond Labit, Blaine Crocker, Jaymz Labit, Rebecca Labit, Jewel Lee Labit, Marshall Labit, and Paige Labit; 6 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Edward Prince, Sr.; Aunt Silly; and a host of extended family and friends. Mrs. Vickie was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She was a woman whose warmth, laughter, and love for life touched all who knew her. Her greatest joy came from spending time with family and friends-whether gathered around the table for a meal, sharing stories, or enjoying a good game of cards. She shared a special bond with her sister, with whom she spent countless hours playing cards, laughing, and making memories that will be cherished forever. Mrs. Vickie had a spirit of adventure and loved traveling, especially on cruises and trips to the casino. She watched countless Hallmark Christmas movies with her daughter Billi. Though she is no longer with us in person, Vickie's spirit will live on in the laughter around the card table, the excitement of a casino trip, and the love we continue to share with one another. Pallbearers honored to serve are Robert Greaud, Glenn Labit, Marshall Labit, Edward Prince, Sr., Blaine Crocker, and Draiden White. Honorary Pallbearers are Carroll Johnson and Edward Prince, Jr.
