Vilma Hauser born and raised in Piermont, N.Y. She graduated from St. Cecelia High School in Woodbridge N.J. During her work and accomplishments she became a Telephone Operator, Retail Store Employment and a stay at home Mother. She Volunteered many years with Tappan Fire Department (New York), Ladies Auxiliary Volunteer, St. Vincent De Paul food pantry at St. Stephens Church Riverview.

Vilma married the love of her life Joseph T Hauser Sr. on June 23, 1956 and remained married till his death in 2006 just shy of their 50th Anniversary. She loved cooking, baking, gardening in her yard. She was witty sarcastic loved to help others. If she told you "everything is just fine," It wasn't you were in trouble!

She is survived by her Children Joseph T. Hauser Jr. (Laura) Louis E Hauser (Barbara) William J. Hauser (Mara) Charles E. Hauser (Lisa) and Victoria D'Auria (Nicholas) 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Sister Andrea Vilenius and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her Husband Joseph Sr, Parents Louis and Agnes Hurban. Her sister Agnes Mayzun and brothers Louis and Ambrose, Grandson Brian Laxton and her still born child baby boy Hauser.

Her Caregivers and close friends were Shaddia, Corlita, Tamesha from Etairos Home Health, Bloomingdale Senior Center Amber and the entire staff, Tony at Sunshine Bus Line, Empath Hospice Team South the entire team, Cousin Arthur Vilenius and friend Bonnie Kindel grateful for all your support.
