Viola Davis Obituary

Viola immigrated to the United States in the late 1980's and was a caregiver in Florida, before moving to Stamford. She fell in love with Stamford and refused to move back to Florida even when she was given the opportunity to do so. Viola built a legacy, she had many successful businesses in Jamaica, before moving to the United States. Viola was hardworking and worked tirelessly never wavering as long as she could. She had a green thumb everything she planted grew.
Viola had six children and is survived by four of them: Joy Burnside, Michael Nairne, Hopie Smith and Fay Matthews and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving mother and a good friend to many. She will be missed immensely.
Rest in peace "Vie" you will live on in our hearts forever.
