WADESBORO - On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Mr. Walter Ray Smith, 70, passed away peacefully at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, July 11, 2025 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bessie Chapel AME Zion Church Cemetery in Lilesville.
The public viewing will be one hour prior to the service on Friday.
