Willa Dean Forsyth Watson, 92, of Graceville, Florida, passed away July 10, 2025, at Graceville Health Center surrounded by her family. She was born in Graceville, Florida, May 16,1933 to the late Albert Lee Brannon and Mary Jane Tindel Brannon.
Locating to the Tampa, Florida area at an early age, she worked as a florist and in the citrus industry for a number of years. Returning to North Florida in 1984, she assisted at her daughter's daycare. Mrs. Dean worked at Jackson County Senior Citizens volunteering her time to plan many memorable adventures and activities for those who were a part of the program until her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Glen Ramond Forsyth, one son Wayne Henderson, three sisters and five brothers.
She is survived by two children, Cindi Childree (Mike), Jimmy Forsyth (Wendy), five grandchildren, Amy Huggins (Michael), Scott Reid (Emily), Casey Henderson (Tammy), Hunter Forsyth (Megan), Hudson Forsyth (Cassie), ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral will be 11:00 AM (CDT) Monday, July 14, 2025, at the chapel of James and Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville. Interment will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home directing. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
