William H. Berry Jr., of Westland and formerly of Warren, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the age of 76. He was born April 26, 1949 in Birzebbuga, Malta, to the late William Henry Sr. and Mary Berry. Beloved husband of the late Denise. Dearest father of Christine (Mike) Fox, Kevin, Justin (Carrie), and Joseph (Colleen). Loving Nanu of Lexie, Shaun (Avery), Ethan, Owen, Brooklyn, Elayna, Joshua, Cooper, Harper, Jackson, Gavin, and Mackenzie. Dear brother of Joseph Patrick (Sherry), Ron (Mike), and the late Charles. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. In his younger days, William had a passion for all things aviation, eventually getting his license as a recreational pilot. He was also a huge history buff, an interest that led him to becoming a strong advocate for education, even serving on the board of his local school district. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and tending to his garden where he grew beautiful flowers, fruits, and vegetables. William was a well-loved man who will be truly missed by all who had the privilege to know him. Visitation Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Funeral Service at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (West of Hoover) Warren.
