William Howard Bohlen, beloved father and grandfather, passed away on June 30, 2025, at the Hart Heritage Assisted Living in Forest Hill, Harford County, Maryland. Born on August 22, 1936, in Maryland, he dedicated his life to serving in the food industry as a Produce Manager for A & P Grocery Stores, where he made countless friends and left a lasting impact.
William is survived by his two daughters, Sheryl Schepers and Katherine Hammel, along with their respective husbands, Stephen Schepers and Joseph Hammel. He cherished his role as a grandfather to his grandchildren, Chris Schepers, Stephen Schepers, and Michael Hammel. He also took great pride in his four great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy during his later years.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Linda G. Bohlen, whose memory he carried in his heart until the end.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on July 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bruzdzinski Funeral Home, P.A. in Essex, Maryland. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with interment occurring shortly thereafter. The family looks forward to honoring William’s legacy and celebrating his life with those who knew and loved him.
