William "Chris" Christopher Craig was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He left this world suddenly on October 20, 2024, at age 45, after a short courageous battle with cancer. He was born to William Jefferson Craig and Jan Scanlon on June 20, 1979.
Chris was quiet, very quiet. He was a hard worker. He loved playing video games with his son, Cameron, and spending time with his son, Seth. Chris was always a good boy who became a good man. He was the protector and guardian of the family. Always watching and taking up for his family. He loved his family and friends.
Chris way preceded in death by his father, William Jefferson Craig.
Chris will be remembered by his children, Kayla Taylor and husband, Sebastian, of Calera, Oklahoma, Corey Christopher Craig of Carrollton, Texas, Cameron Craig of Bonham, Texas, and William Seth Craig of Bonham, Texas; brother, Sean Craig and wife, Ashlee, of Howe, Texas; sister, Kara Reddick and husband, Jason, of Sherman, Texas; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
The family wishes to express their sincerest appreciation for the love and care given to him by so many.
The family will welcome guests to a visitation from 6-8pm, Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, Whitewright, Texas. A Graveside service will be held at 2PM, Friday, October 25, 2024, at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the service are Randy Wilson, Mac Wilson, John Coffey, Jason Reddick, Sebastian Taylor, Sean Craig, Corey Craig, and Aaron Bridges.
