William Green Obituary

William Delbert Green better known as "Bill" passed away Thursday July 3rd at St. Vincent hospital in Billings Montana.

Bill was born June 23rd 1961 in Miles City, Montana to Wesley and Judy (Appleby) Green. Bill grew up in Glendive. He especially enjoyed spending time on his grandparents' farms; the Appleby's and Green's.

Early on he did some farm work and then traveled with a custom combine crew. He started driving truck and eventually got his CDL. He was very proud of his profession career.

Bill's co-pilot for a million miles was his beloved mutt "Rascal." it seems Rascal was in a bunch of puppies looking for a home and he picked Bill instead of the other way around. Sadly, Rascal passed away several years ago.

He loved Rascal and he loved his 2000 Chevy 3/4 ton with big fat tires and tall shiny twin stacks. It did make some noise. Bill said "I think people like it, they always turn and look."

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Susan Devlin. He is survived by his sister, Debi Spicher, brother Tom (Charli) Green, niece Jessica (John) Emly, nephews Tom (Skyler) Green Jr, Michael Devlin, Tyler Devlin, great nieces Abrianna Strong and Ellie Mae Green, Uncles Michael Appleby and William (Jean) Green, and numerous cousins.

A private family graveside service will be held in the Union Cemetery.
