Graveside U.S. Navy Military Honors will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 9, 2025 in the Hancock family plot, Fort Sumner Cemetery, Fort Sumner, New Mexico.
William "Wild Bill" Hancock, 80, passed away on Sunday evening, July 13, 2025 at his Fort Sumner, New Mexico home following an illness. He was born July 1, 1945 in Roswell, NM to the home of William and Vivian "Toots" Hancock.
Cremation has taken place. Additional obituary informtion is pending.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chavez Funeral Home, 830 N. Fifth Street, Fort Sumner, New Mexico. (575) 355-2311.
