William Mason, age 45, sadly passed away on August 3, 2025. He was born on April 30, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio to James and Brenda (Barrett) Mason. After high school, he graduated from Brown College in Minneapolis, Minnesota with an Associate in Radio Broadcasting. William worked at Furrball Fitness as an animal care specialist. He was married 14 years to Jessica Sermon.

Will was one who loved to play many instruments, especially the guitar, strumming many enjoyable tunes. He was also a song leader at Mifflin Presbyterian in Gahanna Ohio, where he attended. He had a soft spot for all animals, especially Pugs like Colby, and his Chihuahua Jack, who also misses him dearly.

Those missing his love, care, and soft energy are his parents, James Mason and Brenda Mason; his son, Evan Mason, and daughter, Brooklin Mason.

The family will have a gathering/visitation for immediate family and close friends at Pfeifer Woodyard Funeral Home in Reynoldsburg, prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, with the service starting at 1:00 pm, on Friday, August 8, 2025, with Pastor Bill Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Licking County Humane Society (https://lchspets.org/) in memory of William.
