William (Bill) Rich, 67, of Largo, unexpectedly passed away on September 10, 2025. Bill was born in Glendale, WV, to Rosemary and Joseph Carl Rich Jr. on September 27, 1957. He went to school at John Marshall High School.

Bill recently retired from his career working in the grocery business as a produce department manager. He also had a successful Christmas home and tree decorating business as well as helping many people with home and lawn maintenance tasks. At one time, Bill also ran a plant and flower shop in Clearwater, FL.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Rosemary and Carl.

He is survived by his sister Carolyn Anne McCullough and her husband Ralph of Wheeling, WV, brother Joseph Carl Rich Jr. and his with Mary of MeMechen, WV, brother Michael Angelo Rich and his partner Angie Geiser of Evansville, IN, and nieces and nephews Andrew, Anthony, Stacy, Christy, Luvina, Joe, and Mike.

He also leaves many friends and other family members who will sadly miss him.

Those who knew Bill will remember him for his unwavering commitment to spreading kindness to everyone he encountered. He always found the time to help anyone who needed a hand. Bill had a gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.

A celebration of Bill's life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the clubhouse where Bill resided – Eldorado Village, 2505 East Bay Drive, Largo, FL 33771.
