Janie, Chip & Jake, Helen & I want you to know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Robbie was always talking about you guys. Janie, he loved it when you came to visit, and Chip & Jake he was such a proud Dad watching you both grow into young adults. We met 13 years ag and we quickly became good friends as he guided us through maze of IOP real estate. He was such a fun person to know and during his illness, I found myself calling just to hear his voicemail greeting. We're holding on to all our great memories as I'm sure you will as well. May God Bless Robbie, may he rest in peace.
