William Tipton Obituary

William Dakota Tipton, 27, Stanton, son of Bill and Betty Tipton, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025 at the Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester. He was born November 25, 1997 in Mount Sterling to William H. and Betty Rogers Tipton. He was a friend to all who knew him. Dakota loved to hunt, fish, and be outdoors. Survivors incude, father, Bill Tipton; mother, Betty Tipton; grandmother, Mary Ann Tipton; and special friends, Josh Congleton, Hunter, Frances, & Ellie June, Jordan Powell, Garrett Rice, Duddy Shoemaker, Jamie Bailey, Brad & Kenny, Bridget & Elijah, Michael Paul Pelfrey, Jeremy & Rusty, Derrick Sloane, Cole Goodwin & Family, Hannah Tipton, a host of family and friends too many to mention. Services Friday, March 21, 1:00PM, Wells Funeral Home by Bro. Kenny Wasson. Visitation Thursday 5-9pm at the funeral home. Burial in Rogers Chapel Cemetery with Hunter Brown, Cole Goodwin, Jeremy McCoy, Mark Rogers, Garrett Rice, and Jamie Bailey serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers serving, Ethan Brennan, Tommy Clair, Ivan Brennan, Duddy Shoemaker, Chad Townsend, Rusty McCoy, Jacob Morton, Dennis Bennett, Shane Bowen, Callie Bowen Ventura, Lisa Clark, and Mary Bowen.
