Wyatt Robert Lee Ott
Age 10, passed away at MyMichigan Medical Center in
Tawas City, Michigan, on June 23, 2025. Wyatt was born on December 1, 2014, in
Tawas City, Michigan, to Robert and Christina Ott. He grew up in
Tawas City, Michigan, and attended Clara Bolen Elementary School. Wyatt was a boy who was filled with love and happiness in everything he did. He lived a care-free life and was surrounded by love every turn he took. Wyatt took pride in being an independent young boy that was capable of anything he set his mind to. He had a caring heart, and despite his age he was a teacher of compassion. There was nothing that meant more to him than being with his family, and making memories with those who cared for him dearly.
Some of Wyatt's favorite hobbies included going to the beach, playing games like "Spiro" on his Nintendo Switch/IPad, caring for his stuffed animals, watching his favorite shows "Bluey" and "Tom and Jerry", riding four wheelers with dad, sewing, drawing his paw patrol animals, jumping on the trampoline, and spending time with his sister/best friend Kylee. Wyatt had a tremendous love for all animals, especially his dog Bandit who he would often spend his days with. He was also an avid fan of a good snack or meal, particularly his Cheez-Its or a happy meal from McDonald's. One of Wyatt's biggest passions was music. He loved many different types of music, but between playing songs on his IPad at home or rocking out in the car on the way to school with grandma, it was one of his favorite things in the world. At the end of every day he would always have his mother Christina tuck in him before bed. The bond he had with his parents was the light of his life, and he loved spending every second he could with them.
Wyatt is survived by his parents, Robert and Christina Ott; sister, Kylee Ott; grandparents, Erin (Joe) Durham, Joe Ranger, and Dan (Julie) Ott; great grandparents, Melvin Ott, Sheila Gale, and Diane Belanger; aunts and uncles, Dalton (Riley Klinger) Ranger, Jacob (Sam Blust) Ranger, Justin (Sam Farver) Ott, Jennifer (Corey Morrison) Bublitz, Matt (Alicia) Bettis, Danielle (Kyle) Leslie, Crystal (Kevin) Garrett, and Michelle (Donald) Gingerich; cousins, Jaxon, Bentley, Emersyn, Beau, Reed, Noah, Ava, Evan, Adam, Emma, Westin, Brystol, Maesyn, Beau, Cole, Harper, Leroy, Livia, Lilliana, and Wesley; extended grandparents, Scott (Amy) Kirby; extended family, Celia Wixtrom; and many great aunts and uncles.
