Michael (Mike) Doyle Bryant

Born: September 4, 1956 | Died: June 2, 2025

Michael (Mike) Bryant formerly of Bogard Community is now in his eternal heavenly home, has his new body and is now walking on streets of gold with his Lord Jesus and many, many family members.

A memorial gathering will be June 29 at 3 p.m. at Cosby Missionary Baptist Church, 131 Fancher Road, Newport, Tennessee.

Mike's parents were Lona and Doyle Bryant of Newport.

Mike was a faithful Christian man, A loving dad, a wonderful papaw to all his grandchildren and great grandchild, a funny brother to 6 siblings that he loved dearly, "rotten" uncle to many, a good friend and a man that was loved by many.

Mike will always be remembered for his love for Jesus, God's word, his kind spirit, his jeeps, dirt bikes, love for his family.

And how humorous he was. He made many laugh and smile.

He loved life, loved to laugh and kept everyone around him on their toes and guessing with his witty ways. You could find Mike over the years laying tile and rock for people in their homes, studying God's word or doing something no one would ever expect, like Jumping off a rock into a creek with his grandkids.

He was a joy to be around and will be so greatly missed by many especially his children Josh, Saundra, Crysti, all his grandchildren and all his family.
