Patricia Simonitis Obituary

Patricia A. Simonitis (nee Kopchynski Pieschalski), age 81, of Willowick went to rest wrapped warmly in her faith on October 25, 2023. She was born in Cleveland on December 14, 1941, to the late Alfred and Paulina Kopchynski and adopted and lovingly raised by the late Frank and Anna Pieschalski.Pat or Patsy was how she was commonly known. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary and for decades was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She worked at the Slovene Home for the Aged for 33 years and touched many lives before that as a school guard.She is survived by her children Donald (Jacqi) and Marsha (Bill) Miller, granddaughters Janis and Melissa and her great-grandson Greyson. She was an aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many.Friends and family to gather on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 4pm till 8pm at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curits Blvd, Eastlake. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 10am also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at All Souls Cemetery.
