and Dianne - predeceased. Friends may visit at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 West Main St., Babylon, NY on Sunday 2-4:30pm and 7-9pm. Celebration of Christian Burial St. Joseph Church, Babylon, NY on Monday 11:30am. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. Loving and sassy, Maureen was devoted to her family. She was a dedicated volunteer and cherished friend to many. She will forever be remembered for her tremendous hugs, Lindy Hop dance skills, chicken cutlet culinary expertise, and love of Diet Coke. She is a bright guiding light to her family and loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Maureen DeMatteo.
