Jerry Hefner, 74, of Lowell, IN, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025. He is survived by his sons, Joel (Stacy) and Jake (Lauren); grandchildren, Elizabeth, John, Anna, Ryan and Jackson; sisters, Ruth Ann Barr and Joy Caldwell.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bettina "Tina" and his parents, Wright and Helen.

Jerry was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army and a member of the American Legion. He retired as a Mechanic from Inland Steel after 37 years.

Visitation, Monday, February 3rd from 4-8PM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN. Cremation following services with burial in Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial Contributions may be given to an animal shelter of your choice.
