Dr Telasha delivered 3 of my 4 children. The delivery of my youngest child was a little traumatic, and doctor Telasha kept me calm. I'll never forget him.

I remember when David Telasha first began working at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. I was a nurse and I had a lot of respect for him. Later on after he retired we connected somehow, and he came over to borrow something from my husband for his garden. I don't remember the details, but I considered him a friend and he was incredibly smart. He left too soon. My condolences to Miriam. Bob & Pat Truhn

Dr. Telasha helped guide me through a very difficult pregnancy with care. The baby Justine is now 37. May his spirit rest in peace.

I have known Dave and Miriam since 1991, and have always treasured our friendship. Dave was always someone that I could talk to about an incredible array of topics and I was entertained many a time with our conversations. Dave was very Kind and Giving to all around him and the divide that has come to fore of late in our society was deeply troubling to him.
One thing that I definitely remember about Dave in his office was the FULL "Baby Board" with pictures of the many lives that Dave was instrumental in bringing into this world. Those of us who also had the opportunity to know Dave in his Church Life know how focused and active he was in giving of his time and talents. I will definitely miss my friend, and was completely shocked to hear of his passing. For those of us that had the privilege to know David Telasha, we can thank our lucky stars that we did, I know that I sure do.
