He was 83.
Services: Memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2pm at Dungeness Community Church, 45 Eberle Lane, Sequim.
The family asks for donations to Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra, Sequim Museum + Arts or Dungeness Community Church in lieu of flowers.
Sequim Valley Funeral Chapel, Sequim, is in charge of arrangements.

Ross found beauty where ever he was. His lense transfered the most obsure into a revelation and his legacy will reign forever on the Peninsula. I am so glad he finally married his child hood sweetheart and Kathy was so lucky to have the short years with him. Ross Hamilton was a Treasure and will be missed by so many!

When my wife and I first moved to Port Angeles in 2002, we were introduced to the amazing and wonder filled photographs of Olympic National Park and the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula taken by Ross Hamilton. I carried post cards and calendars of Ross Hamilton's work for years, and met him when we opened our Sequim store. Thank you, Ross, for the visual beauty you put in front of us. I will never forget your gift. Rest in blessed peace.
