PALMETTO - Darlene G. Keys, 75, of Palmetto, Fla., passed away May 24, 2025, following a short illness. Darlene was born in Glens Falls, N.Y., on February 9, 1950, to Norman C. and Susan Horton Keys. Dar was a 1968 graduate of Whitehall High School. She continued her education receiving her LPN from Mary McClellan School of Nursing and later completing her RN degree.

Many thanks to Tidewell Hospice of Bradenton, Fla., for their compassionate care and to her many Florida friends who made her last days special. A heartfelt thanks to Deborah Rozansky for always being there.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m., on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church in Whitehall N.Y. Burial will follow in the Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Whitehall.

Dar..you were always good to me and I really enjoyed our times in school and our joy rides around town and the rural excursion.
