Linda Suiter Obituary

Linda Kay Suiter

September 19, 1954 - April 5, 2025

Our family is so sad to notify everyone about the passing of Linda Suiter. She died April 5, 2025 in Fairhope, Alabama with her husband and daughter by her side.

Linda was the daughter of Robert and Mary Nissen. Linda graduated from Camanche High School then completed her education at Stewart Beauty School. After receiving her degree she went to work in a salon with Sandy Randolph in Princeton, Iowa for 25 years.

Linda married Dan Suiter November 10, 1990. they had many wonderful adventures together along with their daughter Kassidy and dog Eddie.

Linda was a dedicated mother and wife and believed in a clean house and yard. Not a weed would be found in Linda's showplace garden full of flowers and scents.

Dan and Linda decided that they had had enough snow in their life time. So in April of 2022 they moved to Fairhope. There they found flowers year round to enjoy and a blue ocean and white sand to relax on. Linda's favorite place to enjoy a good meal was the Pink Pony restaurant.

Linda is proceeded in death by her parents. Those left behind are her husband Dan, daughter Kassidy (and special friend Nick Litterer), her brothers Robert Nissen, Randy (Dawn) Nissen and sister Stephanie Smith Nissen. In-laws Ken (Lori) Suiter and Shelley (Ken) Beuthien.
