I didn't get to spend much time with uncle Bob, but he was always one of my favorite uncles (and I had about 8 of them). He was super warm and inviting whenever I did see him, and he made me feel special even though we didn't really know each other that well. I admired his entrepreneurial spirit from afar, and how he used that to help people to deal with conflict, something that I have a tendency to want to shy away from. Maybe I should have recognized this earlier and asked him about it!
I also admired his musical talent, and probably have been a bit jealous of it. I remember being at his house some 30 years ago and seeing all of his instruments and trying to play a couple of them. And I remember being introduced to the Unforgettable tribute album that Natalie Cole did. I was completely blown away. I can still picture myself listening to that album in his house on that great sound system that he had, and I can still hear those smooth vocals too. It's funny how much impact that one album had on me.
Rest in peace Uncle Bob. If there is one person that I'd love to run into in the afterlife, it would be you! Because I'm sure that you are having a great time!

So sorry to hear this, Bob was a wonderful friend, I enjoyed working with him and Lynn in Stephen Ministry. They were such a blessing to me. Lynn, my thoughts and prayers are with you and Bob's family. God Bless each of you as you travel through this passage of transition. Much Love, Patsy

I don´t often think of Bob without thinking of Joanne. They were an amazing team. His gifts of leadership and music are deeply appreciated and will be missed.
