Pastor Gary was a dear friend during my time at St. John´s, and though I didn´t see him very often after he left the church, I did see him occasionally, and remained friends with him on Facebook. I´m shocked and devastated that he passed so unexpectedly. Will there be a Zoom option to attend his service at Rossmoor? Since I´m not driving anymore it won´t be possible for me to attend the service in person. I´m thinking probably many people from his Sacramento congregations and his State of California employment offices would be grateful for a Zoom option.
My condolences to your entire family and his close friends who lost him so suddenly. Gary was a wonderful, caring pastor, and I miss him.

It has been years since Gary and I have spent time together, but I still enjoy thinking about how kind and helpful he was at a very dismal time in my life.
