Jacque Smith Jacque T. Smith, 90, of Los Osos passed away March 18, 2015. A Service is to be held at Estero Bay UMC, 3000 Hemlock, Morro Bay, Calif., at 1:00pm on March 28. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children, P.O. Box 1510, Ranson, W.Va. 25438-4510. He is survived by wife, Jean and son, Brian Smith of West Point, Calif.; daughter, Gari Stinebaugh of Los Osos; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
