Jeffrey Whitver Obituary

Jeffrey L. Whitver
Born: November 16, 1954
Died: January 14, 2025
Jeff, 70, was born on November 16, 1954, to Warren and Marian (Reaver) Whitver in Sterling, Illinois, and died Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at home in Washington, Nebraska. He was a happy guy with a mischievous smile and jolly laugh. He loved the outdoors, especially camping, fishing and hunting with his kids and grandkids. In his earlier years he played keyboard in a rock band and continued to love music throughout his life, always singing as he went about his day. He was very business savvy and worked in the leather industry for over 45 years.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Marian Whitver and infant son, Benji Whitver. He is survived by his daughter Brandi (Jason) Schendt of Crofton, Nebraska; sons Nick (Amber) Whitver of Washington, Nebraska and Tony (Kristina) Whitver of Norwalk, Iowa; grandchildren Karoline, Easton, Sawyer, Brooke, Kennadi and Eli; brother John (Kathy) Whitver of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; pup Kali; and many loyal friends and extended family members.
The family will have a private memorial at a later time.
