Died: May 12, 2025 in Lyndon, IL
LYNDON -Elburn native and longtime Lyndon, Illinois, resident, John Morse passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 12th.
His pride and joy included his beautifully restored cars. But above all else, John cherished his wife of 69 years, Donna (Fisk). Their devotion to each other was a lasting testament to love, commitment, and partnership.
Together, John and Donna raised two children: Clint (Gina) Morse and Marlee (Jay) Walton. They have thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, each of whom brought John immeasurable pride and joy.
John's life was defined by integrity, hard work, and an enduring love for his family. He will be remembered for the kind and steady presence he offered to everyone lucky enough to know him.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Arrangements were completed by the McDonald Funeral Home in Prophetstown.
